Firmware update HT BD 1250

I feel I am a little behind with this post, but I have an HT BD 1250 and I'm still having the problem of the display being stuck on LOAD. I downloaded the firmware 2.07 and saved it on a USB stick. Can someone run me through the process of how to update it? I have no visual on my tv when my 1250 is on, by the way.

If you're unable to get past the LOAD warning on the front panel, it's most likely that the unit will require service. I would recommend calling 800-SAMSUNG to set up a service ticket.
