Firmware ruined TV

I am extremely disappointed in the way Samsung has handled my problem.

I currently have a PN50C430 plasma. I had a minor problem with a bit of red bleeding when there were very dark scenes.

I read around the internet and found that Samsung released a firmware update to target this "bleeding' issue.

(I went from firmware 1006 to 1008.2)

After this update I immediately had extreme multi-colored bleeding EVERYWHERE. This firmware seemed to make matters much worse.

I phoned Samsung to get an older firmware that I can install to revert the problem but they say they don't keep old firmware history?

My warranty has run out and they want me to send the TV to a service factory 1000km away from where I live.

Does anyone know ways to fix this problem?

I forgot to add that after I turn on the TV after being off for a while there is no problem. But slowly after a few minutes it gets worse and worse.

So me and my brother got the same TV at the same time and my brother has reported that he has the EXACT same problem. It is ludicrous that this problem is so prevalent and there is no firmware patch for it.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
