Firmware

Mar 16, 2009 1:20PM PDT

I'm looking for someone that can tell me what each version of firmware for the Samsung 850 series has in it?

from 1003 to 1006 and why most of the people i see in forums seam to think that clouding goes away when they all refer back to version 1003

so what does 1003,1004,1005 and most newly the 1006 have on them?

Lascivious1,

I know that some of the those updates attempted to address the IR issues. That's all the information I have. It's not a secret, I just don't have all the details.

When you go to Samsung's website and put in your model # doesn't it tell you what issue each firmware update addresses? It does on my ln40a550 model. I was also told by a Samsung rep that you're best to follow the old saying,"if it aint broke, don't fix it!" In other words,if you are not having issues, you're better off not downloading the firmware.
