Ahmed_Yahia,

Unfortunately, you may need to contact the Samsung customer service center in your region. I don't have any knowledge on firmware updates outside of the US, and the customer service center in your region would be more knowledgeable on firmware updates for your specific model number.

Of most of the cases I've seen here, people sometimes forget to unzip the file, or just drag-and-drop it onto a thumb drive. Installing it from a PC desktop to a USB drive is typically how the update is performed.

Is there a reason to update ?
I wouldn't update unless there is a problem or there is a feature u HAVE 2 HAVE.

my-tech,

It could vary by region.

Either way, a call to the customer service center should give more direction than what I can provide.
