for your company's IT guy to answer. He has access to your PC and to the server, so he'll be able to find out. Just file an issue (or problem, or question, or whatever it's called in the organisation you work for).
I run Fireworks and other Adobe Design Premium programmes on my computer, all of which (as far as I can tell) have been installed locally onto my C: Drive.
My computer is, however, networked to a central server, which unfortunately experiences the occasional bout of down-time, meaning access to the server & emails is not possible.
My question is this, can anybody explain why Fireworks, which is installed locally, does not open when the Server is down? When I use Fireworks I save the JPEGS etc I create onto the Server.
Any thoughts are much appreciated. If you need any specs etc I can provide them!
