What drivers?

Maybe I was unclear. Said type card doesn't come with drivers. Never has. You plug in and it works.

Now about your machine. It will require drivers. But that's not the question.

Show Vista as compatible etc. If you go looking for firewire drivers you don't find them for the reason which is... it's in the OS.

I noted in more than one way it works in Vista. You could have used the links I noted to find where it's compatible. When you find this unclear after this many different arrangements of words and web links I can only guess there is an English as native language issue.

Then again I did run into 2 people that insisted on a driver CD for every item.
