I think, you should use a firewall from an anti virus program.
I using avast antivirut, very good.
Is Windows firewall enough or should I use a firewall from an anti virus program?

But still have an antivirus. For me this is all I need since I don't do anything dangerous.

Windoze is capable firewall, but it is not the whole protection you need. The AV side of things still need to be addressed. What is good about so-called suite or package s/w as a whole provides their solution and you get their support if paid for. I use PC Tools firewall, free version and it has done well and provides more detailed info if required vs. the Windoze one and I like that feature. You can see what is actually going on when active on the www, again I like that.
Again, what Windoze provides in a firewall, is OK.
