firefox weird language

when i started firefox, it changed from english to a weird language. internet explorer and opera are in normal english, but firefox says :eook ut ore ees processees celtoon" for "look at our processor selection". i have gone into options and have the language set to english, but this weird dutch persists. any advice?

Is this occurring on websites, in Firefox dialog boxes, or throughout the Firefox interface itself. If it's the latter I'd say someone accidentally downloaded/installed a foreign language version of Firefox, whereas if it's one of the former it could be Firefox is working through a proxy server or a corrupt preference file. Answer the above and share your OS for more information.
