Your "solution" appears to be to change the OS system date, but only if it is incorrect.
I suspect this will apply to a very small %age of users.
Whenever I have seen this problem report, it turns out it is a problem with the website itself, and usually resolves itself within a short time, or at most a few hours. There is nothing users can do to speed up the resolution.
Just a point though. If users are continuously having to adjust their system clock back to present time and date, this is an indication of more serious problems with the OS or with the computer itself.
