Firefox keeps crashing. Help!

May 20, 2010 8:25PM PDT

I'm pretty sure I have the latest version. (I don't know how to find out)

But it'll just freeze Everything. Even Ctrl-Alt-Delete won't work.
Twice, I've had to reboot manually today.

What to do? Thanks!

Does Firefox open?

Does Firefox open and stay open or does it crash immediately you try to open it?

If it stays open, does it crash on certain web sites, or all the time? Which web sites?

Why doesn't CTRL + ALT + Del work? If you open the Task Manager, look for either "Mozilla Firefox" in the Applications tab, or "Firefox.exe" in the Processes tab, highlight and click End Task or End Process.

Which operating system? Anything else happening on this system?

In Firefox, goto Help > About Firefox for the version number.
