Question

Firefox issue

Jan 12, 2015 11:15AM PST

An couple of weeks ago I've had this annoying problem with Firefox. Eventually I figured out the problem, but how do I solve it?

I keep losing the "Title Bar", therefore I can no longer "Go Back" until I "Customize" and restore the "Title Bar".

Any help would be appreciated.

"go back"?

What do you mean by that? Try "alt+F3", it should give you the menu you need...go to "advance" then un-check "full screen". Hope it will work for you.

"Go Back" refers to "Returning to previous page" when browsing.

I've used FF for many years and this is a new one for me. Don't know if it related to an upgrade or what.

And you have tried uninstalling and reinstalling?

It must have been the upgrade if...

it's doing it randomly without you causing it. My version of FF is not the newest but there are 2 things that may cause this; one is "without border" and the other is "full screen". If it's full screen, you can get the title bar just by pushing the mouse to the top of the screen and the title bar should be visible then just click on the double screen icon. Did you try "alt + F3" ?

I'd try resetting Firefox. Link follows.
