I really love Firefox web browser but from last few days it has become slow and hangs frequently. What is the cause? Please help me as Firefox is my favorite browser on Windows 7.
I am already made some tweaks listed in this post. But still the Firefox is slow.

1. You might have poor hardware connecting your machine to the wall.
2. Maybe your modem-router is not configured correctly.
3.You might have spyware/malware infecting your machine, and secretly using your Internet bandwidth.
4.Your browser memory cache is so full, your browser has to slow down to allow for its limited hard drive space.
