FireFox Got HACKED!

by strongwinds / April 3, 2008 3:24 AM PDT

A few days ago I was on the internet, and all of a sudden, the FireFox screen went gray, and a pop-up came up saying,"this site is a known fraudulently site, CLick here to go away, or contuine at your own risk"
I've never seen Firefox get hacked, so I was wondering, did it get hacked? if anyone has any insight please let me know.
thanks

I've never had firefox do this to me in my two years of using FireFox.
the reason I think it was a hack becuase there was a link (on the pop-up) to another site, that "wasn't faurd)

The Samsung RF23M8090SG

One of the best French door fridges we've tested

A good-looking fridge with useful features like an auto-filling water pitcher and a temperature-adjustable "FlexZone" drawer. It was a near-flawless performer in our cooling tests.
