Outfoxed - A Solution to the Firefox Bug
We finished a major update, and their are a few changes worth noting. The most obvious change is the addition of more then 30 new channels, and the repair/revision of all previously reported channels. Also, as mentioned in the previous post, we have incorporated our solution to the bug in Firefox that caused the browser to crash when changing channels. Our fix is not foolproof, but so far it's the best that we've been able to come up with on our end (again this is a bug occuring in Firefox). You should now be able to change channels in Firefox, however if problems persist please contact us with any information you can provide us.
As for the second one, I went there without any problems. It could also be blocked with your router settings.

Hi, firefox is great, (on my laptop(s)), but on my desktop it seems to be having trouble connecting to sites I have no problem connecting to on my laptops on a wireless g connection.
Sites I can't get to include:
Freetube.us.tc
Truecrypt.org
and others.
I don't know, i dont see a pattern, maybe somebody else does and/or knows how to fix this.
Desktop:
Water-cooled
Amd Athlon XP @ 1.5ghz
1.5gb PC3200 RAM
Gigabyte Ga-7n400 Pro2
256mb Radeon 9550
250gb on two drives (a 20 and a 230)
Windows XP Home
Laptop:
Toshiba Satellite L25
Could catch fire any second...
256mb RAM, 64 of which is shared w/ gfx
1.7ghz mobile celeron
802.11g wireless connection
Those are the two that are involved. I have a ton of other systems I've scrapped together, but those work well ![]()
