Sorry to say I don't need anyone's help in fixing the html5media.org problem.
After 5.5 days of research finally found some 'script' and instructions on how to manage problem.
But thanks for any replies that were thought about.
Sadly saying this post is closed as well as my account.
Have nice lives
Ever since I updated Mozilla Firefox the morning of 11/27/16 I have not been able to access sites to watch some videos.
I get the following error messsage:
Server not found
Firefox can’t find the server at html5player.org.
I didn't install any other updates, programs etc. Just immediately after updating Firefox all browsers are unable to accesss sites without getting the above mentioned error message.
The last few days I have gone thru archived comments as far back as (3) years that mention the same thing happening with earlier versions of Firefox.
I have attempted some of the supposed fixes, they did not work so I set things back to original state.
Has anyone else experienced this problem, and if so, would you know how to set me in the right direction to fix the problem?
All other video works. My "Netflix, YouTube, TWC programming so once again I am at a loss. Only happens on certain sites,'And no they are not PORNO'.
Never received error message until Mozilla Firefox update installed, restarted and immediately went off the grid.
Did multiple malware, virus, rootkit scans that come up clean. Also tried 'System Restore, Registry Backup with no good results.
Have a very secure PC with Malwarebytes Full Version, McAfee Livesafe, Firewall running properly, Cisco's 'Master Boot Record filter'.
No other system quirks, glitches. Everthing else works fine.
Once again would appreciate any positive feedback. Except from a certain person who knows who they are that basically was accusing me of an 'Illegal Windows Install' on my other older PC.
Which by the way, Microsoft finally recognized and approved.
