firefox 3 cache

how much mb of space of cache is appropiate for firefox,can anyone help me out?right now i have to 150.is that good?an how often should i clear it?

Appropriate Amount Is A Matter...

of judgment and your own likes. Mine is set for 20MB which seems adequate for me. I clean mine fairly often when doing a general clean up of temporary and other files.

Hope this helps. Others may give you a different opinion.

If you have dial up the cache makes previously loaded pages load faster. Generally. The larger the cache, the more pages it will save and load faster.

If you have broadband, clear it. I have my FF3 set to clear the cache on closing. Clearing the cache not only saves disk space it may also prevent malicious data from staying on the computer.
