Firefox 1.5rc2 and Color & Graphics Extension.

by Larry38 / November 19, 2005 7:50 AM PST

Just thought I would share this. I was useing FF 1.0.7 and had the Color and Graphics Extension, so I could use the Compose Toolbar in Yahoo Mail Plus without going back to IE. When I updated to FF 1.5rc I found that the Color & Graphics Extension was not compatible with 1.5rc. Anyway for those of you that have Yahoo Mail, Yahoo has recently updated their e-mail so it is compatible with Firefox now, so the compose toolbar works fine without the Color & Graphics Extension. Thought I would pass this along since alot of people don't know this.

by Larry38 / November 19, 2005 8:07 AM PST

I did a complete uninstall of FF 1.0.7 and fresh install of FF 1.5rc and my settings and all other info. was saved to the 1.5rc version, also the 1.5rc will auto update. No problems at all. If anyone has thought about updating, I would recommend giving it a try. I like it.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
