I went to his link on the goober toss at the RNC, saw a link to another Huffpo "racist" event at the bottom that somehow he'd missed seeing. I then found the better version of story with picture of perp at NPR. Thanks Josh! I might have missed that story if it hadn't been for you. I guess you missed it, or you'd surely have posted it before me, yes? Too bad the police didn't escort him out. He could have then interviewed the other two people who had been ejected from the RNC.
As long as we are in drivel mode today over tossings from the peanut gallery at news people, let's take a look at some of those news people. Further backs my idea that maybe peanut tossing at news people might have some basis of justification.
"Happy to party with black people drowning".
I don't know if any black people have actually drowned in Isaac at New Orleans, but if so, why in hell is this news person saying that about someone who isn't President instead of the one who is President at this time?!
"Yahoo News fired its Washington bureau chief on Wednesday, less than
24 hours after he was caught on an open microphone saying that Mitt
Romney and his wife, at the Republican convention in Florida while a
hurricane was approaching Louisiana, were "happy to have a party with
black people drowning."
Company spokeswoman Anne Espiritu said Wednesday that David Chalian's
remark was inappropriate and does not represent Yahoo's views.
"We have already reached out to the Romney campaign, and we apologize
to Mitt Romney, his staff, their supporters and anyone who was offend,"
