Finding web addresses you have visited

How do I find the web addresses I have visited? How do I keep those that I want and remove the ones that I don't want? Have Win XP Home Ed.

I click on the "History" icon (next to the "Favorite" icon) then if I want to remove any link, I right-click then select "dedete"
