Finding the right fit

Aug 2, 2005 8:15AM PDT

I am trying to find the right player for my needs and it seems to be harder than I thought.

I want a small HD player (4-6GB) that supports MP3, WMA, and Audible. The deal breaker is that I want a FM tuner option as well.

I came across the Motorola m500, but the jury seems to be out on that one. All the reviews I have seen are so mixed I don't know what to think.

Suggestions please.

It has the FM Tuner and they have models in 4,5,6 gig.

I have one thats why I am reccommending it. It is a pretty awesome little player.

I have seen and played with a display model, but I didn't think that it could run Audible's .aa format.

Sub-question:
Instead of being to hung up on Audible's proprietary format, are there any suggestions for a similar service that doesn't have such strict regulations?
