Finding an Olympus e-420 with a 25mm lens

Good morning,
I'm considering buying an Olympus E-420 with the "pancake" lens, I was hoping I could get it online but in the end I can't find many options, I can't find it on the CNET website (to buy I mean) and only a seller on Amazon and one online store in NYC sell it.
Do you know why it's so difficult to find? Should I worry about this ie could it mean that this camera is not as great as I think it is?!

It's been discontinued for awhile and replaced by the E-450, which is getting extremely hard to find. The E-420/450 do not have image stabilization at all, so I would look at a higher model or different brand.
