Not really a CNET TechTracker question. That's the forum you have posted in.
Have you tried the "More options" in Find/Replace?

I'm writing a lengthy paper on South America and for the first half ignored finding a way to put a tilda over the "n" in Senor. Now I use Insert and select the appropriate symbol. However, I want to correct past spelling but the Replace window will not allow me to spell Senor with a tilda over the "n". How can I make this work? Will modifying the keyboard to accept a symbol (n with a tilda) on one of the keys work?
