quite frankly i've been more than thrilled with the 6133. the chrome finish is easily scratched and the perimeter around the camera lens also does get scratched. but other than those few cosmetic problems the phone has been great. it is a little bit slow when accessing some items but it's nothing too bad. personally i'm considering upgrading to the 5300 at the time. having the external music controls is something that i find to be useful. however, it's nothing major. another tip though, that i will offer, is be careful when opening it while it's charging. the backing on my phone has a chip missing now because i did that. hopefully this was somewhat helpful at least.
Over a period of meticulous research, I've narrowed it down to the Nokia 5300 XPress Music and the Nokia 6133.
The Nokia 5300 is Cnet's top Cell Phone, as it is the most allrounded. I really like the slider mechanism.
The 6133 is such a sweet looking flip phone, but I read that the chrome finish around the keypads is easily scratched. I have also read that the top part of the phone, when opening it, scratches against the chrome perimeter around the camera lens. Any clarification on this?
In my opinion the 6133 is the 5300 in flip phone form, and $20 more expensive. I am really impressed with the 5300, but the 6133 looks so cool.
Any feedback on these mobiles?
