There are dedicated 35mm film scanners available and you will find flatbed scanners with film scanner adapters.

The dedicated film scanners are easier and quicker to use.

You will notice some familiar names, such as Nikon, Canon, Minolta.

A 35mm scanner should be able to scan at 2400 dpi or higher.

As I recall, they are in the $500 range. Many desk scanners now also scan film, and developed film can be delivered on CD.
