files downloaded using windows 8.1

I would like to find and delete all files downloaded from the beginning of time on my pc. I am using windows 8.1 and all the files have been downloaded using google chrome. Thanks

Click the 3 bars on the right side of chrome

then click settings. Go down to the bottom to advanced setting and scroll down to the downloads setting. This will show you where programs go when you Chrome to download them. You can change it to send the files anywhere. I believe if you have never touched this is send it to your accounts folder under users.

Well in the chrome setting you set a

download folder and everything should be there unless you changed it. So just go to that folder and delete the files is the easiest way.
