I have a avi file that will not delete. When i try to delete it i get an error saying that its being used by another person or program. but there are no other progs using this file. I have tryed to delete it in safemode as admin and it still says same thing. tried using a prog call the incinerator and it don't work. I have ran 2 diff anti-virus and 3 diff spyware progs and have deleted all that could be affecting it. Something is slowing my pc down alot,eating up some ram and i think this is it.
