File Properties on my Digital Photo in XP

Aug 20, 2004 5:22AM PDT

Hi

I can't seem to figure this one out???

When I select my digital photo file in Windows Explorer (XP), In the bottom left hand side of explorer it will display information about the file.

On my machine, its only giving me the size and format (JPG) However, on two other machines with XP I have selected the same file and it displayed the Camera Model and Size Info etc...

How do I change my settings to display Camera Model and Size Info etc...

Thanks for the help.

Dave

p.s. I also right-clicked on the top 'grey' bar and selcted 'camera model' from the attributes list but my camera model doesn't list.

In my system, the camera's viewer will show this info,

but not XP. The viewer launches automatically when a download from the camera is complete. Are you sure that's not what you are thinking about?

I am not sure that I understand your problem.

At the top of the screen click View

Look down the list until you find "Choose Details" and click it.

There is a list of details that you can select.
Check the ones that you want and see if that solves the problem.
