File extension trouble for File Folder!!

I was screwin around with some settings in folder options trying to change some icons, and the next thing I know, every time I double click a folder, it opens with vlc instead of exploring.

I see where the actions are but I have no clue what I'm doing and don't want to mess up any more than I already have. Can anyone tell me how to return it to its defaults where I can double click to open a folder instead of having it open with vlc, otherwise I have to right click and press open every time. I'm waaaay too lazy for that lol.

Here's a pic

atamysk, Go to the link below and download, unzip, then run the "Folder Association Fix (Restore default associations for File Folders)". Instructions are on the page.
