file, edit, view.....

New computer but on internet explorer there is no tool bar with the file, edit, view, history etc at the top left of the screen. how do I get one?

Right click an OPEN area along the very top

of the browser, a drop down menu will open, put a check mark on "Menu bar". That's it. The end.

Hidden menubar

Your menubar is hidden. Just Right Click tab bar of IE and Tick MENUBAR. Happy
