Can someone please tell me how to convert a .mov file into an mpeg file? I have a few film clips which i want to put on a DVD and watch on my television. I heard that Windows XP (which i use) has a tool for doing this but i can't find it.

I used Ulead's DVD MovieFactory and it accepted a .MOV file and created a VCD that worked on the DVD player. I could put it on DVD, but haven't. Should work.
