File associations in Win8.1

by cesareDH / February 23, 2014 1:15 PM PST

Where can I find and set the file associations? Also, where do I set which application does what?

I need the right-click>Send To>Mail Recipient to go to the default mail client.

Thanx for your help.

What you are asking for is the Mailto handler. Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Default Programs\Set Default Programs is also useful.

EM Client must be there then, well, it's Windows so let's see you get to that control panel first.
