File association in Vista

Ok guys i try to help when i can, and now I am going to ask for some. I want to change the file association in Vista to open FTP address with Windows Explorer instead of Internet explorer. You can change the default program for this but I dont know how to get explorer to show up in the option list. Any ideas?
