Fiber optic switches and/or splitters?

Can anyone make any suggestions on fiber optic switches and/or splitters. I'm trying to setup my first home theater system and I'm running out of optical inputs (I only have one).

Thanks, it looks like just what I need. One question though, can you speak to the quality of the switch? Not that I want to pay more, but I guess I was just expecting it to cost more. If it's a quality product, I'll buy it, but if there's something out there that's better, I'd rather buy it even if it costs more.
