If this is an ACTIVEX control, it may indeed fail.
What some are expecting is that Firefox (or others) will do everything that IE will do. Without screaming too much, this is exactly what we don't want. ACTIVEX is what is being abused by malware writers.
Here's my TIP. Use the alternative browser whenever and wherever you can. No reason to wander the net with your guard down.

Walmart's online photo service gives you two options for uploading photos. One is an "Easy Upload" where you can select up to to 45 Mb of photos at the same time. The other, "Browse Upload," allows you to select photos individually. I noticed that when I'm using Firefox, the "Easy Upload" option isn't even available, leaving the time-consuming Browse Upload as my only option. Is this some kind of ActiveX IE-only feature, or is there a way I can enable this feature in Firefox? The link to the site is http://photo.walmart.com/photo/upload/add_photos.asp
I think you may have to create an account to access it. But CVS also has something similar which you can get to (without signing up for an account) through this link: http://picturecenter.kodak.com/cvsprints
Thanks.
