favorites folder opens briefly to last used favorites

WinXP Pro; pent4; 512ram; I.E.#6 -

I have many favorites folders. But I must have changed a setting, because now when going to
"Gene's Favorites" - a few of my most recent favorites folders display for about 5-6 seconds before showing the whole list of favorite folders.

I prefer being able to immediately go to all my favorites folders.
