You seem to have some Symsnatec products installed. If so, remove the unnecessary ones (which ones ? I can't tell because you didn't dsiclose). Anyway, regarding one of the errors, read the following MSKB article:

My sons system running XP home edition crashes with a blue screen
with the following message.
Error Message: Stop c000021a {Fatal System Error} The Session Manager Initialization System Process...
This usually occurs when Internet Explorer is running。
I just installed service pack 2.
Just now, also, the two error messages on boot were present as well....
"Explorer failed to initialize properly"
and
"Low on virtual memory...will make more memory room"
Help?
