Is there a tool i can use to upload videos faster to say facebook pages or on to my pc?

To upload things faster to Facebook you'd ask Facebook what they support.

For your PC I think you mean download? Well, there are programs that call themselves download accelerators. YIou might feel like trying a few. But having a faster connection helps also.

Your ISP controls your upload/download speed

It's not unusual to see download speeds to be much faster than upload speeds. This is one way ISP discourage people from putting up home web servers. In my own case, my download speed is 15X my upload speed. You'll need to first check with your ISP if you're not happy with uploading videos.

You said nothing about the system hardware or how you are, assuming you meant downloading, hooked up. Is this a wireless connection or hardwire? As a prior poster stated, it may also be server related, more information could help.
