FASTER DIAL UP!

i got dial up....:Sad and im gettin tired of it but i am poor so help me make it faster ty!

I use to have dial up and just bought the best cables for it and used the best phone number to dial into.Just look to see what the speed is of each number you dial into and pick the one that is best.Be sure to have the newest modem,drivers and dialing in using a windows dialer instead of software(AOL/Earthlink) might also help increase speed.
