back to blaming Bush again?
Dec 24, 2014 1:36AM PST

Infectious among Democrats. Bush the Almighty! He can make anyone do anything!!

"The insinuation is that Fast and Furious is somehow a continuation of the Bush-era operation. The only problem with that theory is that it's not true.

Even White House Press Secretary Jay Carney last week attempted to shift the blame from Holder and the Obama administration and onto the Bush administration.

"Everything has been provided to — congressional investigators and that is really the issue, isn't it? It is how did this operation come about. It originated in a field office during the previous administration. It was ended under this administration by this attorney general," Carney said during a presser last week.

But even the laziest of fact-checks would prove his assertion wrong.

Also, why not? You blame Obama for everything.

I blame Obama for being a Liar
Dec 24, 2014 2:53AM PST

Not for everything. A lot I blame on the Federal Reserve when it come to wage control through manipulation and money pumping into all the wrong areas. I blame Obama for thinking he has a limitless credit card and like some gold digger on a spending spree, expecting someone else to pickup the tab later on. I've said almost nothing in these years about the continuing involvements in Afghanistan, said some about Gitmo, but not a lot. I've objected to enslavement of the people to a mandatory health care system, but the ones I blame even more than Obama are Pelosi and Reid. I also blame our clueless SCOTUS for their rulings in regard to such. Nothing I've said about Obama even comes close to the acidic vitriole that poured into this forum from the left about George Bush. I''ve not used money or chimp images at Obama like was done to Bush. Your memory is failing you.

That way they can pass bills to get rid of food stamps and Medicaid and all forms of welfare and privatize Social Security and Medicare. Then they can give even more money to their masters - you know the billionaires and profitable corporations and banks and oil companies and open the national parks to oil drilling and fracking and have the Keystone pipeline to send the oil from Canada to the rest of the world.

attorney general=contempt of Congress, vote was 255-67

"The GOP-led House voted Thursday to hold Attorney General Eric Holder in contempt of Congress for failing to provide key information pertaining to Operation Fast and Furious, making Holder the first sitting Cabinet member to be held in contempt. The vote was 255-67, with 17 Democrats breaking ranks to side with Republicans in favor of contempt."

Thursday, September 25, 2014

Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr. announced Thursday he is resigning as soon as a replacement is found, though he and the Justice Department still face contempt of Congress charges that will linger well after he officially gives up the office.

Analysts said Mr. Holder — the first sitting Cabinet official ever to face a contempt citation from Congress — will likely duck any legal punishment, though his department will soon be forced to begin turning over the documents he withheld, which sparked the initial fight. It's just the latest in a series of stormy disputes that have defined his turbulent six-year tenure....Mr. Holder, 63, was confirmed by the Senate on a 75-21 vote in 2009, becoming the first black attorney general.....Among Democrats most opposed to the votes were members of the Congressional Black Caucus, who led more than 100 House party members in boycotting the vote and walking out of the chamber. "

Gunrunner Eric, will he ever spend time in jail, or meet someone with a F&F supplied weapon? Maybe, maybe not, but better chance now after January that some justice might come.
