Heat as noted is load and cooling. To extend time you use a laptop cooling pad and on a monthly schedule get out the canned air to give the vents a blast. If you don't use either then hope the battery trick works and consider getting a gaming laptop soon.
Hi everyone,
Not sure whats wrong with it but I need help! - My Laptop is a Fujitsu AH556 A Series, had it for around 2 years. Normally, the fan is loud 247 when i use it but it is Fujitsu so it's like that, don't know if that contributes to the problem.
I was gaming one night when it just suddenly blacked out, then switched itself off; and i could hear the fan going on but louder than usual. The base of the laptop was also getting hotter at the same time, like hot hot...crazy stuff! It never felt this hot before, or hot this quickly anyways. I couldn't turn the laptop on too. The laptop never had this problem before.
I looked up on google and did the routine of taking the battery out, putting it back in then turned it on. This method worked. I tried playing the same game(fps game) and after around 25-35minutes, but it shut down and the fan was on again.
I have then tried using the laptop and playing the game running on battery power and running off of battery power, to see if it was a hardware(battery) or software problem. Both tests with and without the battery, it did the same blackout and fan on thing. Bit weird + don't know whats going on...
Any comments or suggestions would be welcome.
