Answer
What OS?

After such deep damage I find Microsoft's answer to the DAMAGED PROFILE to often be the next step.

Read http://support.microsoft.com/kb/555473

In the future you may want to share what OS and how this fake was installed on your computer. So far I have over 10 incidents and in each case, the user installed the malicious thing.

Redirected?

Did you get redirected from the forum?
I've seen lots of thoose pages redirecting you from one page to a fake virus scan page saying you got virus.
If you got redirected the page might be looking something like the one I post with this reply.

Hope this made you aware about that tons of thoose pages exist Wink
