every time i try to install the printer on my lap top, toshiba satellite, i reach the point of ,failure to install printer drivers. I have tried everything I know clearing disc space off loading old programmes, but it will still not load. Any help would be appreciated. thanks dudworth

thank you for the reply
tes have tried the web site and attempted to download the drivers but this has not made any difference, i have also cleared any space i could on the os system but still the same result.

But no words such as I downloaded and installed this means to me you have not obtained or installed the latest drivers.
I know folk have a difficult time with these steps so at this point you should seek help that can come to your site and fix it.

Clarification Request
you're using the proper drivers? If this is a newer laptop with a Windows 64 bit system it's easy to accidentally select the wrong driver package to download.

i dont know if i am using the right drivers i have gone to the web site and downloaded the latest drivers but this did not help. i did not know that there is an option to select 64 or 32 bit how do i do this? do i presume that you do this when you go to the epson site? if it helps i am trying to install an epsom sx125 on a toshiba satellite.

All I see is 64 bit and no 32 bit. If your OS is listed here and is 32 bit, it does not appear that these would work and you should get an error message if trying to install it.
