It happens to be about a Sony also. That might be accidental. And it's about comcast. Do you happen to have comcast also?

Run your scans.

also I noted that it's a .DLL file these are difficult to repair to say the least.

Try reloading your Ethernet adapter driver. See Sony for "help & support" assistance in removing it and reinstalling it.

Good luck. If this fails it might be a corrupt file in the OS and you'll need to reinstall the OS. Sorry.
