If this doesn't help, you may need a harder reset on the unit. In which case I would encourage you to contact us directly at, 1-800-726-7864, and request remote management.
I have a Samsung UN60F7100 and I can not remove the E-mail address . I have tried everything but no joy. Can I do a Factory Reset, I tried but I do not know the pin numbers either . please help the TV had the E-Mail address on it when I bought it NEW.
