It's not ready for the market according to what you're encountering. Sounds like someone didn't try this or the call to support failed.
My Samsung Smart Tv failed to setup. It is stuck on step 7. The remote is stuck and won't let me enter the zip code. It won't go left or right or use the menu button. How so I fix this? I've tried calling the Samsung Support people and nothing they said to do works. I've tried unplugging everything. Right now it is unplugged. Can I start over?
