I have a Samsung Smart TV 5300 series and am unable to connect to the internet. I have tried the DNS set to 184.108.40.206. or 220.127.116.11 as suggested previously, but that did not work. I don't think I ever activated my Smart Hub, I have tried both wired and wireless connections and it says I am connected and still I get the Unable to Connect to server Exe_001 error message.
I'm hoping someone can tell me how to reset the whole network etc. to factory settings start all over. I updated the firmware when I first turned on the TV and it says there is no more updates. Help would be appreciated.
