Facebook won't load on my PC

by butterflybabie / July 14, 2012 11:06 PM PDT

I bought new PC and facebook won't load in Chrome nor Firefox. But when I try on my laptop, there's no problem. With both computers I use Windows 7. And other websites work normally. It also doesn't load in IE. I tried putting https instead of http, scanned computer for viruses, renamed HOSTS, cleaned the browser history, cookies, etc. and the problem is still here. Sometimes it works for a minute and I can login, but that's pretty much it. The next thing I get is "the website cannot be displayed". Anyone can help me?

I wonder if your ISP or country blocks Facebook?

You posted to a very old discussion. You really should create a new discussion.

Try the usual you find with google. Such as the Google DNS but here it works on Windows 8 so for now it's not a common problem. There are many "security apps" folk install. Who knows what this PC has?
