If you can't do this on your own.

My bet is you call on family or a shop for your hands on support needs.

We just had a recent discussion about facebook and I can't find it but the short version is you need to stick to facebook.com for this issue. There are hundreds of scammers that will take your identity and charge you for the "support."

-> Call your family or the shop to have them work with you if you can't get it done with Facebook's instructions.

I noted you want to get your support folk on it. That is, there are "Computer Coaches" that help with issues like this when folk can get it done.

As to Facebook, unless you bought into a business account you have nothing to stand on as to lack of support. This infuriates most that for a product you don't pay for, there is no support.

Yes the support is crap but we didn't pay them so why would we expect any support?

-> Again, Go get a computer coach to give it a go.
