Facebook Case Could Get Interesting

Apr 4, 2015 12:35PM PDT
A man who gave startup money to Zuckerberg before Facebook became a reality, claims he owns part interest in Facebook, also has a copy of that contract. Instead however the first case was dismissed against Facebook and the man who did loan money was under prosecution for falsifying the contract to make it appear he gave venture capital for Facebook, but wasn't related. He cut his anklet and has fled, Facebook is resisting a judge's order to release related documents, the Federal prosecutors are on side of Facebook in prosecution of the venture capitalist, and also against any release of documents. Did Zuckerberg rip someone off, or did this man attempt to rip Zuckerberg off?
