If you have lost control over the account

They could have changed both the email address and the phone number which means the account is long gone.

I've heard about such and reclaiming a lost account is rare and usually only done for "names." A recent loss was a major baseball team and their fault. But a reminder that Facebook "support" is in name only and for some issues you kiss that account goodbye.
